About the association
An association for community and opportunity
The Kurdish Friendship Association works to reduce exclusion and create natural encounters between people from different backgrounds. We believe that community, participation and knowledge of society lay the foundation for a secure, independent life in Sweden.
Our work is based on democratic values, equality and respect for the equal worth of every person. We work especially closely with children, young people and families, while also offering support and activities for adults who want to learn more about Swedish society, find work, or simply make new social connections.
